Bill Gates Warns That Unchecked A.I. Could Drive Events That Could Cause A Billion Deaths [VIDEO]

Post pandemic the use of A.I. technology around the world has changed the lives of people across the word as it’s use increases.  People use A.I. to complete their resume’s, complete reports, answer phones, answer customer questions at work and in some cases A.I. driven robots are replacing human employees.  Almost everybody now ask ‘CHAT’ to help them solve a problem.  However we are now learning that as A.I. learns more about us, it’s capabilities continue to go grown and has even tried to hack into some other programs, even going so far as to rewrite itself so one company couldn’t gain control over it.  What’s even more scarier is that, according to the King of the internet himself Bill Gates, if A.I. continues to go unchecked it could drive event that could cause billions of deaths.

Bill Gates is the pioneer of the microcomputer revolution of the 1970s and 1980s, co-foundeding the software company Microsoft in 1975 with his childhood friend Paul Allen.  Believe it or not as technology driven as Bill Gates has been historically in a recent interview on ‘Meet The Press’ Gates says he avoids the use of A.I.  Bill Gates didn’t downplay the risk that AI could wipe out humanity in several years, but called for Americans not to ignore the risks that AI could be used by bad actors to cause large-scale harm as soon as today.

“AI is certainly powerful enough to drive events that, you know, cause a billion deaths. You know, so even though it’s pretty hard to get to 100%, there’s never been a weapon as powerful as the combination of people with ill intent using the latest AI tools,”
