Ashanti ‘Verzuz’ Keyshia Cole Back On ‘New and Final Date’

Verzuz is the genius phenomenon born from Timbaland and Swizz Beatz just doing something to keep entertained during the shelter in place orders at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Verzuz was totally organic with all the bells and whistles of bad internet connections to streaming devices batteries dying.  It was fun and raw, then it grew.  Verzuz gained sponsors then eventually went to where artists were in studios together battling it out.  Veruzuz has came a long way from Babyface and Teddy Riley however the pandemic has led Team Verzuz to take it back to the basics after trying to get the highly anticipated  battle between Ashanti vs. Keyshia Cole going.  Ashanti vs. Keyshia Cole was rescheduled once because Ashanti had tested positive for COVID-19, then at the last minute the rescheduled date was axed due to COVID concerns but now time 3rd time is going to be the charm, old school artist battling on old school terms, no matter RAIN, SLEET, HAIL or SNOW.

Right after we celebrate the late great Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King on Monday, get Joe Biden moved into Pennsylvania Ave on Wednesday, the historic Verzuz Ashanti vs. Keyshia Cole will go down on Thursday at 8pm on Verzuz Instagram Live or in HD on Apple Music.
