6 Yr Old Who Shot Virginia Teacher, Took Gun From Mom Who May Now Face Charges [VIDEO]

The world was shaking their head at the latest school shooting that happened in Virginia because it involved a six year old.   So many questions have been swirling in everyone’s head as to the why would a six year old do such a thing.  However the biggest question was where did a six year old get the gun in the first place to even bring it to school.

The answer to the biggest question is his mother and now she may be facing charges as well.

On January 6, 2023, fresh off of the Christmas break a 6 year old, allegedly, intentionally pulled out a gun and shot his teacher 25-year-old Abigail Zwerner while she was delivering a lesson at Richneck Elementary School.  The six year old shot Ms. Zwerner through her hand that was up to defend herself, with the bullet from the 9-millimeter Taurus firearm went through her hand striking her in the chest.  Ms.Zwerner although she had been shot was able to safely get the rest of the children out of the classroom to police arrived to get the six year old.  The 6-year-old was combative and struck the employee restraining him and officers took control, escorting him out of the building and into a police car.

According to a report the gun was legally purchased by the 6-year-old’s mother, Andrew Block, and there was a scenario where the parents could be held criminally liable if the weapon belonged to them and they did not keep it properly locked up. But in Virginia, that’s only a Class 1 misdemeanor.
