50 Cent Alleges Jim Jones Being Evicted From His Podcast Studio With Video Receipts [VIDEO]

50 Cent is not one to upset because if he catches you slipping, the master of social media trolling will be there to catch you.

Power Universe God, 50 Cent shared a video that is dated February 19, 2026 showing obtained alleged footage and documentation suggesting that rapper/record executive/podcaster, Jim Jones, has been evicted from his Let’s Rap About It podcast studio.  The alleged security clip shows Jim Jones trying his hardest to kick a couple of doors open with someone being heard talking about someone shutting the lights off.  50 Cent captioned the video, “Damn bro this wouldn’t happen if we was friends, wanna be friends? I don’t know let’s rap about it ! LOL,” 

Fifty also claims to have the alleged eviction notice that was sent to Joseph Jones, aka Jim Jones, saying that the tenant had a 15 day notice of default, meaning the lessee failed to meet the obligations of the lease agreement, that allegedly expired on January 22.

Jim Jones seemingly replied to 50 Cent’s alleged receipts via his Instagram Story, by posting a video of himself practicing martial arts by chopping a piece of wood in half, captioning the clip, “Kunfu Jim. No lock doors lol.”
