When a legend speaks we all listen…well at least we should.  We are all used to Stephanie Mills belting out “I feel good 🎶” however recent she sang a new tune in an interview, 🎶 I feel Lady Gaga is a culture vulture 🎶However the 69 year old Grammy Award winning singer was not done adding a verse to ♫ when I think of home, I think of place that…..♫ Oprah and Gayle King lacked protection and cover for Black culture and that that journalists should show compassion rather than exploit a person at a low point.

During an appearance on The Jason Lee Show, the Grammy-winning R&B legend, Stephanie Mills, criticized Gayle King and Oprah Winfrey during an appearance on The Jason Lee Show, calling out their handling of high-profile interviews involving Black icons and vulnerable subjects.  Mills questioned Gayle King’s decision to keep rolling cameras when R. Kelly became emotional during their 2019 interview, arguing that journalists should show compassion rather than exploit a person at a low point.  Stephanie Mills also blew a foul whistle on Gayle King King for pressing Lisa Leslie about Kobe Bryant’s past sexual assault allegations shortly after his death in 2020.  Ms. Mills didn’t stop there she also had some smoke for Oprah being a flip flop after Michael Jackson welcomed into his home then turns around and interviews  Michael Jackson’s accusers in Leaving Neverland.
