Judge Let’s Mother Have It After Leaving Her Young Children Alone While On A 3 Day Cruise [VIDEO]

A North Miami Beach mother was arrested when she departed her ship after she left her four minor children, including an infant, alone while she went on a weekend cruise.  The mom while in court is denying the allegations and requesting visitation with her young child, so the judge let her have it…verbally.

 29-year-old Nathalie Belizaire, is facing four counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, after the father of one of Belizaire’s children, who is 2 months old, had seen on a post on her WhatsApp story on Thursday “depicting what appeared to be a cruise ticket purchase.”  According to the father Belizaire, who told him that she would be dropping the children off with their great-grandmother, however when he went to her apartment on Saturday night, he saw the TV on through the blinds and heard the children talking inside, which led him to call 911.  On Monday, authorities were waiting as Belizaire disembarked at PortMiami, where she was taken into custody by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and later released to North Miami Beach police.

Authorities spoke to the great-grandmother, who told them that Nathalie Belizaire said she’d be dropping the children off with her but never brought them around, while Belizaire’s brother also told police that his sister messaged him on Saturday evening asking him to check on the children.

The judge set Nathalie Belizaire’s bond at $10,000, in which she paid and was being released however she was also ordered to stay away from the children, who are are now in foster care.  But again Belizaire is deny the allegations and tearfully asked for visitation with her children and that’s when the Judge let her have it.

Judge Mindy Glazer on Tuesday had this to say to Nathalie Belizaire:

“It says she went on a cruise and left her children home alone,” …”These poor kids, four of them, were home alone for three days…I’m just grateful nothing worse happened to these kids.”

When Belizaire’s attorney chimed in saying that her client denies the allegations, Judge Glazer continued:

“Of course she does,” … “One baby, the baby was born in July of this year. Who leaves a baby alone like that?”
