Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean Future Includes New Music Together

Grammy award winning, collectively and individually, music legends, Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean rose to fame as members of the 1990s hip-hop group The Fugees, alongside Pras Michel. Beyond their historic musical partnership, they shared a complex romantic history during the group’s peak and have continued to reunite for special performances.  Reportedly Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean are reuniting once again for a future that includes new music.

What’s in the past shall remain in the past however according Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean when asked whether fans could expect new material in the future, Lauryn Hill revealed to BBC, “Absolutely….“There was an incredible healing process that happened with us as a band and as bandmates,” ”  

Wyclef Jean added that the pair are currently in a positive space,

“All I can tell you is, man, we’re in God’s hands.” He continued, “We’re in an amazing place. I think the energy is very important.”

Although Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill are saying they will be making sweet music together, they are stopping short of committing to an album together

Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Fugees’ landmark 1996 album.
