Maryland Man Arrested After Calling The Police Because His Car Was Stolen Near The Verizon Store He Was Robbing [VIDEO]

Just when you thought you heard it all a Maryland man was arrested after calling the police because his car was stolen from a Verizon store he was robbing.

According to police, officers were responding to a burglary at a Verizon store last Thursday when, minutes later, they received another call about a stolen vehicle across the street from 29 year old Jalen Godard.  Police noticed blood on the Verizon store window then on Godard’s hands.  When police asked Godard had he been to the Verizon store he promised to God he hadn’t and that he was at McDonald’s.  Unfortunately for Godard surveillance videos don’t lie.

Jalen Godard was arrested and charged with burglary, theft, and destruction of property.
