A Federal Judge And Law Enforcement Officer Are Under Investigate For Slamming Gavels In Chambers [VIDEO]

Have you ever seen a court trial when the judge says, “I want to see council in my chambers?”   Well a Federal Judge and a law enforcement officer is under investigation because they got caught slamming their gavels together in chambers.

According to reports, 55-year-old Kelly Collier, has been identified as the high ranking officer who allegedly had an affair U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross.  A complaint previously accused the pair of engaging in a relationship.  Allegedly they had “sex in chambers and during business hours” that was loud enough that court staff could hear moans and kissing sounds.” The Atlanta Police Department says it has launched an investigation to after being notified of the incident.  Here where it gets even messier Judge Eleanor Ross is married to Georgia state court Judge Brian Ross.
