Tennessee Nurse Found Guilty Of Assault With An Adult Dirty Diaper [VIDEO]

They used to say the worst thing a human being can do to another human being is spit on them.  But it seems there is something nastier that has upped that ante, smearing a dirty adult diaper in someone’s face and in the case of a Tennessee nurse that very thing has landed her in court and being found guilty of assault with a dirty diaper.

What had happened was, 40 year old Sharandal Mitchell, was working as a Licensed Practical Nurse at a nursing home in Tennessee when she was reported by a coworker for refusing to provide care for a patient experiencing a nosebleed and for failing to administer prescribed medication to other patients.  Management instructed Mitchell to return her medication cart keys and leave the nursing home for not fulfilling her duties. She reportedly refused, and was upset that the coworker for reported her, so the police were called.  When the police arrived Mitchell still wouldn’t leave, but decided to enter a patient’s room where the coworker was located, put on gloves, picked up a used adult diaper containing urine and feces, grabbed the coworker by the hair, and smeared it across her face.  This was in front of officers who then arrested her.  Sharandal Mitchell, has now found guilty of Assault – Offensive Contact, and will be sentenced in May.
