Nicki Minaj’s Longtime Manager, Debra Antney, Has Dropped Her Allegedly Over Political Views

Rapper Nicki Minaj has recently became a huge Trump supporter receiving backlash at every turn.  Now it seems her new political aspirations has allegedly caused a problem in her own camp, as word on these Hip Hop streets is claiming that Nicki Minaj’s longtime, legendary Hip Hop, manager Debra Antney has dropped the newly MAGA supporter Barbie over political views.

According to sources of TheJasmineBrand, Nicki Minaj’s, longtime manager, Debra Antney, has cut ties with the rap superstar.  According to sources, the split stems from Nicki’s political views, specifically her alleged support of President Donald Trump and alignment with MAGA. We’re told the differences created tension that ultimately led to Antney stepping away from her management role.  As of now, neither Nicki Minaj nor Debra Antney has publicly addressed the reported fallout. 

Debra Antney is a legendary mogul in Hip Hop and the mother of rapper Waka Flocka.   Powerhouse executive, Debra Antney is responsible for the careers of Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, French Montana, OJ Da Juiceman and more.  Ironically enough Waka Flocka Flame has expressed support for Donald Trump, stating in a November 2024 Instagram post that he chose to vote for him for his own reasons and that he is “all for independence”.
