National Counterterrorism Center Director, Joe Kent, Resigns “I Cannot In Good Conscience Support The Ongoing War In Iran” [VIDEO]

Many Americans are confused as to why we are at war in Iran. Since February 28, 2026 when the US and Israel launched an attack on Iran, with President Donald Trump confirming “major combat operations,” we keep hearing in the media as well as from the WH daily changing stories as to why we are involved.  To add further confusion or maybe some context to what is happening with the on going war in Iran the Nation Counterterrorism Director, Joseph Kent, has resigned saying “I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran….”

Nation Counterterrorism Director/Long time Donald Trump supporter, Joseph Kent, announced his resignation on X formerly know as Twitter Tuesday, stating,

“I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation. It is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.”… “Sending the next generation off to fight and die in a war that serves no benefit to the American people nor justifies the cost of American lives” was unacceptable.”
