Rapper and Netflix hit superhero television series ‘Supacell’ actor, Ghetts, whose real name is Justin Clarke-Samuel, reportedly pleaded guilty to causing the death of 20-year-old Yabin Tamang and a count of dangerous driving in connection with the incident, which occurred on October 18 in Ilford, east London. Ghetts has been sentenced to 12 years in jail and when he is released from prison his driving privileges will be revoked for 17 years for the fatal hit-and run.
According to court documents, Ghetts, 41, was reportedly drinking before getting behind the wheel of the car that collided with Tamang’s vehicle at around 60 mph. After the crash, Ghett’s continued home and was arrested the next day. Tamang died from his injuries two days later in the hospital.
Ghetts who played the villain Craig AKA “Krazy” fate was left open to more than one interpretation at the end of the first season of ‘Supacell’. Leaving fans wondering with him going to prison for quite sometime, what does that mean for season two of ‘Supacell’?? A new season of Netflix’s “Supacell” is still on the way with Netflix confirming that production is underway for the popular British superhero series but refused to shine a light on what impact, if any, this has on the development of the show, however there is not at this time a release date for “Supacell” Season 2.
