Michael Jordan ‘Just Do It’ in basketball, baseball and NASCAR. Sunday during NASCAR Cup Series Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway MJ secured another title winning the Daytona 500 led by driver Tyler Reddick in a car owned by the NBA legendary Hall of Fame’r Michael Jordan when Chase Elliott crashed as he and Reddick were battling for the win.

Tyler Reddick and Michael Jordan hoisted the Harley J. Earl trophy into the air, as MJ who turns 63 on Tuesday, will get a Daytona 500 ring for his birthday and made it known in victory lane he wears a size 13.
For the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season, 23XI Racing features a three-car lineup: Bubba Wallace (No. 23), Tyler Reddick (No. 45), and Riley Herbst (No. 35).
The Daytona 500 is widely regarded as NASCAR’s premier event. Michael Jordan, a six-time NBA champion and longtime global sports figure, entered NASCAR ownership in 2020. The Daytona 500 victory represents the most significant accomplishment to date for 23XI Racing and further establishes Jordan’s presence in stock car racing beyond his accomplishments on the basketball court.
