Many thought when sentencing time came Diddy would be coming home with time served, however Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced in October 2025 to 50 months (over four years) in federal prison. But the Bad Boys Record founder can’t stop, won’t stop trying to get out of jail much sooner than later.
On Christmas Eve Eve, Diddy filed a fresh appeal, asking for his conviction to be tossed altogether or, at the very least, for his 50-month sentence to get trimmed down. Diddy’s legal team is coming for Judge Arun Subramanian. According to the docs obtained by TMZ, the judge didn’t just sentence Diddy, he allegedly stepped out of bounds and into the jury box, acting like a so-called “thirteenth juror” in the case.
