Aww Lawd Was Mama Joyce Right? Todd Tucker Wants Custody And His Prenup Tossed [VIDEO]

Kandi Burruss trying to get ahead of the drama released a statement that she had filed for divorce from Todd Tucker asking for privacy during this difficult time.  Todd Tucker made a toast to the occasion, rumors started to fly about the reasoning for the divorce.  Kandi Burruss has been giving updates along the way in this less then two week announcement even explaining why Todd Tucker wasn’t in the family Thanksgiving picture, saying he was invited and had attended but had to leave before the picture.  Their co-parenting seemed to be on point, and Todd has been posting his latest ventures.  Emotionally hard but everyone for the most part seems cool.  But was Mama Joyce, who has been at peace and quiet, right about Todd Tucker all along?  Sounds like it, after Todd Tuckers alleged recent alleged court response to Kandi’s divorce filing.

Reportedly Todd Tucker, according to new divorce filings,  told the court he wants primary custody of his and Kandi’s two kids because her nonstop work schedule keeps her out of state for months at a time. He says the kids have been living with him in Georgia and that he’s been the main parent handling everything while she chases her bags.  On top of that Todd also claimed he was pressured into signing their prenup right before the wedding, saying the agreement was handed to him without his own legal team present even though Kandi’s lawyers had already been in talks with his. He says he signed it at the last minute with no chance for a real review which now has him questioning if the prenup is even enforceable.

With that being said Todd Tucker allegedly contends that Kandi Burruss is a great mother and he just wants to keep things peaceful.  

But clearly amicable…..
