TikTok Influencer Brenay Kennard Ordered To Pay $1.75Mil For Alleged Affair With Her Friends Husband [VIDEO]

This is one for Reality Hour, only thing is TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard might have wanted to reach out to us first before her alleged affair with her friends husband because we might could have saved her $1.75 million dollars.

A North Carolina jury has ordered TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard to pay $1.75 million after finding her liable for criminal conversation and alienation of affection. The lawsuit claimed Kennard had an affair with her manager, Tim Montague, which ultimately triggered the dissolution of his marriage to Akira Montague.  According to Akira Montague the affair between Brenay Kennard and her husband, Tim, who is Kennard’s estranged husband’s cousin caused “mental anguish, damage to her health and deprived her children of a two-parent household.”

Brenay Kennard is a social media influencer and content creator with over 3 million followers on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, known for posting lifestyle content, including “get ready with me” videos, cooking tutorials, and makeup reviews.

Back in September of 2025 Brenay Kennard was  accused of permitting an electronic device to be used “for the purposes of causing mental and emotional stress to the victim (Akira Montague ),” according to the arrest warrant. She posted messages on Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram, the warrant stated.
