NFL/MLB great Deion Sanders has been dealing with many health issues since his retiring from his historic professional sports career in 2006, that includes health issues related to blood clots, including the amputation of two toes due to complications along with his most recent testimony of battling bladder cancer which according to doctors he is now cancer free following surgery. Coach Prime following Colorado Buffaloes’ 35-21 loss against the TCU Horned Frogs this past weekend revealed that he is concerned that he is contending with new blood clots.
During the press conference following the loss to TSU, the 58 year old, NFL Hall of Famer, Deion Sanders had this to say.
“Cat’s out of the bag, all right. I think I’ve got more blood clots,” “It don’t make sense. I’m hurting like crazy. I’m not getting blood to my leg. That’s why my leg is throbbing.”…“Sorry to get that out, but thank you for noticing,”
Deion Sanders’s blood clots are attributed to a combination of genetic predisposition a family history includes blood clots, which worsened his complications from diabetes., chronic health issues, and complications from surgery.
