Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner File A Defamation Lawsuit Against Ray J

It sounds like somebody has had enough of Ray J saying what he wants to say for all to hear.  Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have filed a defamation lawsuit against Ray J for his recent RICO allegations against their family.

Recently Ray J spilled tea that he is helping the Fed’s build a RICO case, worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, against Kim Kardashian and her queen of spin mother Kris Jenner.  Ray J’s RICO allegations are primarily based on his claim that the sex tape was not leaked, but rather an orchestrated, “partnered” deal with the family to help launch Kim’s career.  In an interview with Cam Newton in July 2025, Ray J admitted he uses public conflict to “crash” his reputation on purpose in order to generate more engagement. This has led to speculation that his RICO claim is another calculated move for attention.

Kim Kardashian who has been going through a lot lately and her mother Kris Jenner is over Ray J and have filed a defamation lawsuit for his unchecked tongue.  

Reported by The JasmineBrand, the lawsuit, filed by attorney Alex Spiro, claims that Ray J has waged a decades-long campaign against them, exploiting their prominence for personal gain. Specifically, the lawsuit references Ray’s comments in the TMZ-produced documentary United States vs. Sean Combs, where he suggested that RICO charges against the Kardashians would be appropriate, stating, “If you told me the Kardashians was being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”  They also point to a recent livestream where Ray claimed that federal authorities had launched an investigation into the Kardashian/Jenner clan, saying, “The feds is coming, there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
