Statue of Trump and Epstein Holding Hands “In Honor of Friendship Month” In D.C. Has Been Removed Like A Thief In The Night [VIDEO]

Donald Trump has repeatedly downplayed his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in jail in August 2019, remaining a sore spot for the president and his administration as they receive continued requests to release the Epstein files from various investigations.  So it was strange when a bronze statue turned up at Washington D.C. National Mall of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein holding hands “In Honor of Friendship Month” then less than 24 hours later was removed like a thief in the night.

The bronze-painted statue, titled Best Friends Forever, depicts the two men, Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, smiling at each other, each with an arm and leg raised, with a plaque that read, “In Honor of Friendship Month, we celebrate the long-lasting bond between President Donald J. Trump and his ‘closest friend,’ Jeffrey Epstein,” emblazoned with hands making a heart shape.  However no sooner than the statue was installed it was removed.

Reportedly, The National Park Service removed a statue, while America was sleeping “The statue was removed because it was not compliant with the permit issued,”

What’s even more interesting the person who filled the permit has no idea what the not compliance was.  According to its permit application, which was approved on Sept. 16, the purpose of the artwork was “to demonstrate freedom of speech and artistic expression using political imagery.” The permit authorized the statue to remain at its location on the Mall until 8 p.m. Sunday.  Carol Flaisher, a D.C.-based location manager, who filed the permit application with the National Park Service on behalf of the artists who created the statue, is now wanting answers.

September is widely recognized as Friendship Month, also known as International Women’s Friendship Month (initially founded by Kappa Delta) and Oddfellows Friendship Month, to focus on the importance of friendships.
