Is Diddy Getting Out? Sean “Diddy” Combs Returns To Court To See If Today Is The Day [VIDEO]

Sean “Diddy” Combs who has been locked up for nearly 13 months returns to court Thursday for a hearing that could help decide how long the Grammy-winning producer will stay in prison.  Judge Arun Subramanian plans to listen to arguments from lawyers on points of law on whether or not he has served his time after being convicted of prostitution-related charges in July.  According to Diddy’s lawyers in court papers submitted this week that he should be sentenced to no more than 14 months in prison. With credit for good behavior, that would mean he would be released immediately.

Diddy’s son King posted a video with the belief that daddy is in deed coming home. (see video below)

Back in July a jury read the verdict of the USA Vs. Sean Combs:

  • Combs was found not guilty on count one, racketeering conspiracy.
  • Combs was found not guilty of count two, the sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura.
  • Combs was found guilty on count three, the Mann Act Transportation of Casandra Ventura.
  • Combs was found not guilty of count four, the sex trafficking of former girlfriend Jane.
  • Combs was found guilty of count five, the Mann Act transportation of former girlfriend Jane.
  • NOT guilty on RICO count

Is Diddy finally coming home?  Tell us what you think?
