Sports mascot’s are cool to take pictures with especially for the kids, the entertain us during halftimes and timeouts even some dunking basketball’s.  New York Liberty mascot ‘Ellie The Elephant’ is shutting down the internet as well as her mascot counterparts after going viral for going ‘Ellie J. Blige’ on them.

Ellie the Elephant became a WNBA star Ellie the Elephant is the popular and iconic mascot for the WNBA’s New York Liberty, known for her vibrant style, dance moves, and viral social media presence. Representing strength, wisdom, and loyalty, Ellie was chosen to symbolize the team’s strength and resilience during their move to Brooklyn, with the name “Ellie” referencing Ellis Island.  Ellie recently flawlessly channeled her inner Mary J. Blige performing a medley of MJB’s greatest hits, and the elephant kilt it!!

Mary J. Blige should be proud, Ellie deserves an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar or something!!
