Actor Clifton Powell Goes Viral Shading Spike Lee’s Business Practices, He’s Only Sorry That He Didn’t Tell Spike Privately [VIDEO]

You have got to appreciate a person that says what they mean, and means what they say, standing 10 toes down on it, especially since we live in a society where people typically don’t take accountability for their actions.  Actor Clifton Powell in ‘The Art of Dialogue’ shared spoke his truth like a man after going viral for saying he didn’t like Spike Lee’s business practices.  What started off as a joke caught on video, Clifton Powell’s only lesson for that viral moment is that he wished he had of told Spike Lee privately. 

According to Clifton Powell, Spike Lee has a habit of mistreating those close to him when it comes to business, while he respects Spike Lee’s impact on cinema, he believes the filmmaker often fails to take care of his own people.  According to Powell, Spike Lee mistreated black actors some highly notable names that he knows personally.  Clifton Powell as urged social media dragger and naysayers to do their research before dragging him for his comments.
