Tyler Perry’s ‘The Oval’ Actor Derek Dixon Is Publicly Speaking His TP Alleged Sexual Assault/Harassment Truth On ABC !? [VIDEO]

Sexual assault/harassment accusations through lawsuits have been running rapid in the entertainment industry, and no one is safe from it.  In June 2025, Tyler Perry’s ‘The Oval’ actor Derek Dixon filed a $260 million lawsuit against Tyler Perry, alleging a sustained pattern of sexual harassment, assault, and retaliation. Tyler Perry, through his attorney, has denied the allegations, calling them “fabricated claims” and part of a “scam”.   Derek Dixon is doubling down on his accusations by speaking his TP sexual assault/harassment truth.

In an interview with ABC News. Actor Derek Dixon recounts an incident in January 2020, when he claims Perry invited him to his Atlanta home. After consuming alcohol, Dixon says he fell asleep in a guest room, only to wake up to Perry climbing into bed with him and allegedly rubbing his leg. Dixon asserts he rejected Perry’s advances and left the situation feeling his bodily autonomy was violated.
