Billy Porter Say’s “Black People Have Replaced The Jews” [VIDEO]

Billy Porter is an Emmy, Tony, and Grammy Award-winning actor, singer, composer, director, and playwright. He first gained recognition on Broadway and has also appeared in the television shows Pose and American Horror Story: Apocalypse. He is also an outspoken activist for the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities through his work with several organizations.  The highly respected and critically acclaimed Billy Porter his now catching heat for saying that “black people have replaced the Jews”.

Billy Porter while promoting his new lead role in the Broadway revival of “Cabaret ” in an interview on CBS Mornings, Porter said, “Black people have replaced the Jews,” referring to the show’s updated casting, which now features three Black actors in its main roles for the first time.  The remark quickly drew criticism online.  Porter, who previously participated in a Holocaust awareness photo project with survivor Bella Rosenberg, has yet to respond.
