We are hearing another sad story of someone falling victim to the sea following the tragic drowning death of Malcolm Jamal Warner. A Royal Caribbean Crew Member has died after reportedly falling overboard from the Icon of the Seas ship off the coast of the Bahamas.
Crew members onboard the Royal Caribbean that was on a Caribbean voyage worked hard to find their crew mate while guests aboard the cruise trying to help threw life rings into the water unfortunately after being in the water for 30 minutes the Royal Caribbean crew member had died.
Reportedly the unidentified man who worked on the vessel, which is the world’s largest cruise ship, went overboard on the ships port side around 7 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 2. Life preservers were dropped where the man fell to mark his location and aid in his rescue. The cruise ship immediately slowed its speed and returned to where the crew member had fallen after an alarm went off.
This come nearly one month after a father jumped off a Disney cruise ship to save his daughter when she went overboard, falling from the fourth deck of the Disney Dream Cruise Ship.
