NBA Star James Harden Accused Of Negligence In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

NBA Super Star, Los Angeles Clipper, James Harden at the age of 35 years old is regarded by some as one of the greatest shooting guards in NBA history.  Unfortunately James Harden is getting clipped with the allegations of negligence in a sexual assault lawsuit involving his nephew.

Marisa Watley filed the complaint, which names James Harden in it stemming from the NBA stars New Year’s Eve party, claiming she and two friends went to Harden’s mansion party after seeing him in a club’s VIP area. At the house, Harden’s nephew, Justice Armani Blackburn, allegedly gave the women drinks that caused them to pass out. According to Marisa Watley when she woke up allegedly Justice Blackburn had sexually assaulted her.  Watley says that James Hardens security knew that her and the other ladies were drunk and had passed out and that they didn’t intervene, making him “vicariously liable for the actions of his guards and their corporate employer.”

None of the parties involved have been criminally charged at this time. Harden has not publicly responded to the situation.
