Former InterContinental Hotel Security Guard Testifies Diddy Paid Him $100K For Cassie Video

Many turned on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in the midst of allegations after a 2016 surveillance video obtained exclusively by CNN that showed Diddy grab, shove, drag, and kick his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura during an altercation was released and instantly went viral.   According to testimony from a former InterContinental Hotel security guard Diddy paid him a $100k for the video.

Former InterContinental Hotel security guard Eddy Garcia signed an immunity agreement then hopped in the stand of the Sean Combs federal trial to testify that Diddy paid him $100,000 in exchange for the 2016 video of Diddy brutally beating Cassie in the hotel, after the beating.  According to Garcia, Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina Khorram requested he give her the video, and he initially declined saying he didn’t have access to the server. He testified he told Khorram she needed to contact the security manager or obtain a warrant to get the video. Shortly after, Khorram put Garcia in direct contact with Diddy, who said he would “take care of” Garcia if he could get the video for him. Garcia notified his manager Bill Medrano, who agreed to give Diddy the video for $50,000. Garcia said after meeting with Diddy to handoff the video, the mogul paid him $100,000, which he split with his coworkers.

Allegedly Garcia signed a NDA agreeing that there was only one copy of the video, and he wouldn’t speak about giving the video to Diddy or his company, and if Garcia violated this agreement he would have to cough up $1mil.

Inquiring minds are curious as to how CNN ended up blockbuster video??
