DOJ Investigates Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson For Only Hiring Black People [VIDEO]

Interesting story…one of the purposes of DEI was to make sure people were treated fairly in America, to get employment based on merit and not because of the color of their skin or to be included.  What President Donald Trump destroyed with the strike of a pen on Dr. Martin Luther King’s Day was put in place because in America Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has always been a problem that stems from teachings of ancestors that still manifest themselves today.

Ironically The Department of Justice is investigating Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, for those who didn’t is black, for only hiring black people.

In a letter dated May 19 and addressed to Mayor Johnson, the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division announced it is looking into claims that hiring decisions in his administration were based on race. The letter, signed by Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, points to recent public remarks made by the mayor at a church event, where he highlighted several top-level appointments in his administration—emphasizing that many were Black professionals.
