Has The Script, Flipped? Tony Buzbee Sued For Allegedly Giving Woman A STI

Attorney Tony Buzbee is representing a lot of the Diddy alleged sexual assault victims.  Buzbee has been in the news almost everyday when his Jane Doe client refiled a rape case against Diddy when she was 13 yeas old, then upped the ante by adding Jay-Z.  Jay-Z says that Tony Buzbee is trying to intimidate and harass him while Buzbee says Jay is doing the same to him.  Ironically it seems the scripted has flipped as a woman has filed a lawsuit alleging that Tony Buzbee gave her an STI.

According to TMZ, a new suit was filed in New York Supreme Court …the accuser, identified as “Jane Doe,” says Buzbee has taken advantage of her since 2018 when they first met during an online conversation.  

Reportedly the woman met Tony Buzbee asked her out on a dinner date in his hometown of Houston, TX, then following dinner they attended a show.  After the show, the woman says Buzbee booked a room at a 5-star hotel, for their after party, where they had sexual intercourse but according to this new Jane Doe claims Buzbee neglected to revealing he had a venereal disease.  The woman says after she left the hotel the next day, she started to “feel uncomfortable sensations around her groin,” prompting her to meet with a doctor … who tested her and determined she had a sexually transmitted disease from her encounter with Buzbee.  She then says she contacted Buzbee about her diagnosis he allegedly apologized then asked her not to disclose her diagnosis to anyone and vowed to provide free legal advice as compensation.  New Jane Doe also claims proof that what she says is so.

Tony Buzbee response to these script flipping allegations is that the claim is nothing more then a smear campaign.
