OOOOOHH former Bad Boy Rapper Shyne‘s, new Hulu documentary The Honorable Shyne has dropped and Shyne maintains his innocence as he touches on the 1999 club shooting that resulted in his arrest and 10-year prison stint, in which Shyne say’s he was “set up to be the fall guy” of the entire ordeal.
Now tell me who want to f**k with us? 🎶 According to a new report Diddy, who has filed a cease-and-desist against the documentary ‘The Honorable Shyne’.
According to Page Six, Diddy isn’t attempting to prevent the film’s release; rather, he aims to “clarify” the facts after Shyne claimed he took the blame for Diddy in a notorious incident from 25 years ago. As we previously reported, Shyne gained notoriety after a 1999 incident at a Manhattan nightclub, where he was present alongside his friend and mentor, Diddy, as well as Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez. As we previously shared, a fight broke out between Combs and another man, resulting in gunfire that injured three bystanders. In 2001, both Shyne and Combs were tried, but only Shyne was convicted of assault and reckless endangerment. Shyne, who is now a politician in Belize, served eight years in prison.
