Diddy Taken Into Federal Custody In NY Following Grand Jury Indictment [VIDEO]

Breaking news is that Bad Boy Records founder Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been taken into federal custody in New York following a Grand Jury Indictment.

According to TMZ, Diddy‘s arrest was scheduled for Tuesday. but something happened that caused the feds to move in a day earlier, arresting him Monday night. Homeland Security swooped into a midtown hotel late Monday where Diddy was staying and they arrested him. We have unconfirmed reports the feds are searching his hotel room. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams says federal agents took him in based on a sealed indictment filed by the Southern District of New York.  It appears that this stems from an ongoing criminal investigation into alleged sex trafficking and other offenses.

According to Diddy’s attorney he is currently being processed.  Team Diddy still maintains his innocents.
