Jordan Chiles Files An Appeal To Reclaim Her Bronze Medal

The Olympic medal marathon is not over yet!! United States gymnast Jordan Chiles was told she must return her bronze medal that she won 6 days ago at the the Paris Olympics over 4 seconds.  Jordan Chiles has now reportedly appealed to reclaim what is hers.

Jordan Chiles has filed an appeal with the Swiss Supreme Court, seeking to reclaim her third-place finish at the 2024 Olympics.  According to TMZ Chiles’ legal team argues there were two key issues with the ruling. First, they claim that the Court of Arbitration ignored her’ “right to be heard” by refusing to review video evidence that showed her score was submitted on time. Secondly, they allege that the CAS President had a “serious conflict of interest.”
