On My Mama, On My Hood, Victoria Monét Robbed Of VMA Video Of The Year Nomination [VIDEO]

Victoria Monet at the 2024 Grammys was rewarded for her incredible talent, taking home with three awards, including Best New Artist. When Monet released On My Mama in June of 2023, ahead of her JAGUAR II album, the song quickly skyrocketed to the top of the charts.   Monet’s smash hit ‘On My Mama’ has one of the hottest videos in rotation to go along with the award winning track.  However MTV’s VMA’s doesn’t see it that way.

MTV announced the list of nominees for the upcoming 2024 Video Music Awards (VMAs) on Tuesday.  Victoria Monet was nominated for MTV PUSH PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR and BEST R&B for “On My Mama”.  However the debate on social media is whether she was robbed of ‘Video Of The Year’ & ‘Best Choreography’ nomination.
