Irv Gotti Considering Countersuing In Sexual Assault Case For Defamation

Irving Domingo Lorenzo, known as Murder Inc. founder, Irv Gotti is the newest celebrity finding themselves in legal drama, according to Miami New Times, a lawsuit was filed July 11th down in Miami-Dade. The woman, who has been listed as Jane Doe, claims that at different times from 2020 to 2022 she experienced abuse and sexual assault in Saint Martin, Miami, and Atlanta.

According to TMZ team Gotti is responding.

According to a rep for Irv Gotti, the suit “was filed after Mr. Gotti rejected the attempt by this individual to coerce a payment of money from him. The lawsuit contains a single page of ‘facts’ which are unsworn to, sparse by any measure, and which Mr. Gotti categorically denies.” The rep also says Irv Gotti will fight the “baseless claim” in court and they considering filing his own countersuit for defamation.
