Pelicans’ Jaxson Hayes’ Arrest Video Is Under Investigation [VIDEO]

When it comes to aggression from the hands of the police it is video taped fact that there is a problem with racism in the ranks.  We often see these viral videos of police over stepping their themselves violently from a private citizen hitting record on their phone, recording another average Joe.  However it appears that the hyper violent aggression of the is not only for the average Joe as an arrest video of NBA New Orleans Pelican’s Jaxon Hayes is making its viral rounds.

The LAPD is now investigating the arrest of New Orleans Pelicans center Jaxson Hayes for possible use of excessive force.

In the video you can see Hayes struggling with officers when you see an officer press a taser against Jaxon Hayes chest, you then hear a loud pop.  The other officers arrive on the scene forcing the recording of the incident to stop.

According to officers on scene they are alleging that Jaxson Hayes started the aggression.
